Pet Friendly Apartments for Rent in St. Louis
We believe that pets are more than friends, they’re family. There’s nothing better than welcoming new furry residents into our community, which is why we celebrate your pets at The District Apartments.
Pet Policy
• For a single (1) pet The District requires a $300 non-refundable pet fee due at move-in, along with a refundable deposit of $150 OR a $400 non-refundable fee with a refundable deposit of $150 for 2 pets at move-in.• There is a monthly fee of $40 for a single pet OR a monthly fee of $50 for 2 pets.
• No more than two (2) pets are allowed per apartment.
• We allow dogs, cat, and large birds (Parrots, Cockatiels, Sun Conures)
• Please bring your pet to the office, so we can meet and get to know them. Property staff reserves the exclusive right to make a final determination as to the dog breed.
• No deposit is required for small birds, turtles hamsters, guinea pigs, and fish aquariums of 5 gallons or less.
• The following pets are not authorized at The District Apartments: snakes, lizards, sugar gliders, flying squirrels, chinchillas, ferrets, reptiles, amphibians, rodents, or venomous animals of any kind.
• The following are the owner’s requirements: Pets must be inoculated, proof of age, all deposits and fees must be paid on or before the date the resident takes possession of the apartment, and a separate addendum is to be completed and signed, which is considered a part of the Lease Agreement.
• Please review the Animal Addendum for the full pet policy. We comply with all Fair Housing requirements. Valid service and/or support animals are not considered pets and are not subject to the pet policy.
