We recently toured a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment and were quite impressed. The kitchen looked very nice and spacious with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The unit we toured had a wonderful open layout, and the rooms and storage spaces were a good size. The apartment complex itself offered great amenities, including a fitness center and a pool....

I am approaching move-in at the District and I cannot wait! Everyone has been so helpful and attentive from my first tour to signing my lease. I look forward to using the gym and having in unit laundry!!

Friendly and supportive staff especially when it has come to repairs on the Ac during a heat wave. Despite my rough work hours running a kitchen they made it work. Love the gym on the property too. Saves me a membership and a drive to an outside gym after a long 12 h day. I had a hard time after a divorce but they made moving in with my sister as stressless as possible which was extremely helpful
