We recently toured a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment and were quite impressed. The kitchen looked very nice and spacious with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The unit we toured had a wonderful open layout, and the rooms and storage spaces were a good size. The apartment complex itself offered great amenities, including a fitness center and a pool....

I’ve been living at The District Apartment Homes for one year now, and I’m consistently impressed by how quickly and professionally the maintenance team responds. Friendly and supportive staff especially when it has come to repairs on the Ac during a heat wave. Despite my rough work hours running a kitchen they made it work. Love the gym on the property too. Saves me a membership and a drive to an outside gym after a long 12 h day. I had a hard time after a divorce but they made moving in with my sister as stressless as possible which was extremely helpful
